Practice Environment:
  • Provider will be joining an established, busy practice, collaborating with experienced physicians and advanced practice providers. The practice fosters a supportive work environment, ensuring an optimal work-life balance for all team members.
Ideal Candidate:
  • The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Exceptional interpersonal skills are crucial, along with a genuine desire to develop lasting connections with the local community and existing medical staff.
Work Schedule:
  • Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Flexible full-time schedule, accommodating the needs of both the physician and the patient population.
  • Shared weekday and weekend call responsibilities.
Patient-Centered Care:
  • Average patient volume: 15 - 20 patients per day, allowing for personalized attention and comprehensive care.
  • Telehealth services are offered, enhancing flexibility in patient care.
  • The practice utilizes the EPIC electronic medical record system for streamlined administrative tasks.

  • Well-established practice with high patient satisfaction and quality scores.
