Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: M-F
Start Date: Immediately
Focus is looking for a Site Facilities Specialist to take care of our building and carry out cleaning during our day shift. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensuring all spaces are clean and orderly throughout the scheduled shift.
* Washing and sanitizing Bathrooms regularly and restocking disposables
* Using ladders, dusts and washes walls, cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures.
* General Custodial duties on a routine schedule.
* Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas.
* May remove stains from surfaces such as rugs, walls and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
* Cleans and maintains the refrigerators, microwave ovens, kitchen areas.
* Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners, scrubbing and buffing machines.
* Report major damage.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
General Candidate Experience:
* Fun and Outgoing Personality
* Ability to handle equipment and tools
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
* Integrity and ability to work independently
* Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
* Must be able to handle multiple priorities and conflicts
* Professional work behavior
* Pass a drug test
* Exceptional attendance
