A Facility Helper is a versatile professional who performs a variety of tasks related to general construction, maintenance an

d labor needs. Their responsibilities span both commercial and residential properties. Here are the key duties and responsibilities of a facility helper:

2. • General Building Cleaning: Complete general building cleaning and maintenance tasks.
   • Painting and Repairs: Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building.
   • Exterior Maintenance: Collaborate with landscape maintenance employees to keep exterior areas in good condition.
   • Trash and Recycling: Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
3. Qualifications and Experience:
4. • Facility Helper roles typically require a minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant tasks.
   • Some experience in plumbing, light construction, light electrical work, light warehouse and labor related roles.
