High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of custodial experience with a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.

Special Conditions Work Schedule

Monday - Friday

May be assigned one of the following shifts based on needs:

6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

3:00 p.m. -11:00 p.m.

May need to work/travel beyond normal work schedule.

Building Service Technicians

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions

Knowledge of various hard surface floor care and carpet care equipment and chemicals

Detail-oriented and thorough.

Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.

Ability to keep the premises clean and orderly.

Ability to interact with staff, students, and visitors while remaining professional, polite, and courteous.

Ability to manage stressful situations.

Adaptable to change.

Excellent supervisory and people management skills with a demonstrated commitment to building and maintaining a strong team.

Proficient with MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
