The Arbor House Program is a residential program strives to provide a supervised, safe, supportive and substance-free environment for individuals recovering from the effects of substance use disorder (SUD) with the desire to have a healthier lifestyle.

Duties:

  • Plan and implement individualized recovery plans
  • Crisis intervention for individuals who are in recovery from substance use
  • Hourly Room Checks, oversee food inventory and perform normal home maintenance duties

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the disease concept of alcoholism, substance use disorders and treatment systems including self-help groups
  • Interest in acquisition of Certified Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Counselor training certificate (CASAC- T)

  • Follow the Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) Canon of Ethical Principles

Position includes PTO, Sick Leave, and other Benefits

Grade 9

Full-time - 33.5 hours/week with flexibility in hours/days

Sunday - Midnight to 8 am

Monday through Wednesday - 11 pm to 7:30 am the following day
