Individualized Home Support Specialist (IHSS) - Minneapolis

Pay Rate: $19 - $25 per hour (competitive pay based on experience and qualifications)
Weekly Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Additional hours are available with other clients. This position can grow into a full-time opportunity.

BrightPath LLC is hiring a Reliable, Communicative, and Organized Individualized Home Support Specialist (IHSS) to assist an individual in Minneapolis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on routine and enjoys meaningful work with room to grow.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with household management and encourage independence.
  • Engage in interests such as weather radios, classical music, and collecting items.
  • Collaborate with family members to maintain consistent care.
  • Ensure punctuality and consistency to meet the individual’s structured routine.
