Environmental Service Aide

Environmental Service Aide, UHS Senior Living at Ideal United Health Services is seeking a Environmental Service Aide to join our Environmental Services 05 department at UHS Senior Living at Ideal in Endicott, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$15.00 - $20.74 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview

The Environmental Service Aide is responsible to maintain an assigned area in a clean, safe and sanitary condition by following prescribed cleaning techniques. The Environmental Service Aide is also responsible for following all prescribed safety standards.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

+ Ability to comprehend and follow oral and/or written instructions in order to follow and identify precautions, hazardous material labeling, and other safety related written materials.

Preferred:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent. One to two years housekeeping/environmental services and floor care experience.
