The role of Clinical Specialist - Clinical Research at Neurolutions will include:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and enrollment of research participants into Neurolution’s current and ongoing national randomized control trial.
  2. Completion of an extensive battery of in person assessments to study participants.
  3. Completion of training of research protocol to study participants.
  4.  Customer service and technical support: Provided to research participants as needed.
  5. Data collection: Completion, documentation and interruption of assessments used in research protocol.
  6. Ethical Standards: Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and assessments, ensuring confidentiality and respect for clients' privacy.
  7. Ability to remain in participation throughout entirety of study which is expected to continue for 18 months is preferred with possibly to extend.
Work Experience Required
  1. A degree in a relevant field such as neuro-rehabilitation (PT / OT, PTA / COTA)
  2. Current licensure in the state of California for occupational therapy, certified occupational therapy assistant, physical therapy, or physical therapy assistant.
  3. Clinical experience and expertise in neuro-rehabilitation and cognitive assessments.
  4. Strong Neuro Clinical Skills: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise in neuro-rehabilitation to accurately screen for whether one is appropriate for using Neurolution’s devices required for participation in the research study.
  5. Preferred experience in prior clinical research or experience within clinical research.

  1. Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  3. A commitment to ethical and professional standards in healthcare.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  5. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various communication styles and cognitive abilities.
  6. Familiarity with technology and comfort when working with rehabilitation tools is preferred.
