Client Ops Associate II

As a Client Operations Associate II in the BIT FL 756 department is seeking employees who will have responsibility for the customer journey through the life of the implementation. You will be responsible for the management of several complex projects with constant executive level updates and reporting.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Client facing, single-point-of-contact responsible for the end-to-end client experience and satisfaction during the project

+ Responsible for the accurate completion of sales packets and customized client information packets

+ Provide subject matter expertise for implementations, products & services, and training requirements directly to external clients and internal stakeholders

+ Lead collaboration with the client and coverage team to develop and execute an implementation plan, establishing clear expectations and providing transparency of timelines using project management principles and practices

+ Manage and coordinate client and internal partner communication and status updates

+ Maintain controls mindset to ensure policies and procedures serve the client and protect the firm

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**

+ 3 Years or more relevant business experience, including client facing and/or project management roles

+ Strong interpersonal, influencing, communication and partnership skills

+ Strong business acumen combined with demonstrated experience structuring and managing projects

+ Ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, take ownership, and manage through conflict

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**

+ Strong technical aptitude pertaining to Merchant Services products

+ CAPM Certification or other Project Training

+ Bachelor degree
