St. Joseph Catholic School, an Early Childhood - 8th Grade Diocesan School, located in West Tampa seeks a Social Worker for the 2024-2025 school year.

Candidates for this part-time position should support the mission of Catholic Education. A Bachelors degree is preferred and potential candidates must hold a valid Florida Teaching Certificate or be eligible for Florida Certification in Elementary Education or related field. Bilingual English/Spanish competency is helpful. The ideal candidate will have

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* A love of Catholic education and teaching.
* Experience using UBD lesson plans, technology in the classroom, Smart Boards, computers, and iPads.
* Experience with working with students with special needs.

This position requires a Level II background check and mandated trainings.
