Description

The City of Springfield's Municipal Court is looking for qualified individuals to maintain the required security and order of the Court for day and/or night sessions.

This position is Temporaryand the incumbent will be used to fill-in for vacations, sick leave, or other needs of the court when the full-time Bailiffs are unavailable. Position will provide required security in the courtroom for the Municipal Court Judge assigned to the docket during court sessions and at the front entrance of the Municipal Court building. Must be able to have a flexible work schedule.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience, Education, and Training

* Must be a high school graduate or have G.E.D.;

AND

* Requires two years experience in a security or law enforcement-related profession.

Licensing/Certification

* None.
