Job Summary

As an LVN , you will provide patient care under the direction of the clinical nursing manager, according to the patient treatment plan recommended by the physician. Under the supervision of your clinical team, you will be responsible for collecting vital signs, tracking patients' medical history, administering medication, and supporting patients with their personal care. You must be skilled at observation and report any significant health changes to your clinical manager.

You must be an excellent communicator who is eager to address patients' healthcare needs and concerns. We are looking for a versatile LVN who is willing to collaborate with a diverse team of doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals. Our ideal applicant is compassionate, steady under pressure, and capable of prioritizing when faced with the demands of treating high-acuity patients.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing program
  • A minimum of one year of LVN experience preferred

Licensure and Certifications

  • Passing score on the National Council Licensure Examination
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse State Licensure within the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification per state regulations
  • Meet competency as set by the Competency Program
