* Join our existing ENT physician and two audiologists

* High volume general ENT practice

* Call - mainly phone consults

* OR block time - 1-1.5 days per week

* Large primary care referral base

* 142,000 service population

* 118 bed hospital - 14 bed ICU

* Level III trauma center
