Here are a few details of what you would be doing each day as a Solar Energy Associate:

• Become an expert in community solar and green energy 
• Quickly qualify and build rapport with potential new customers
• Recognize customer needs and requirements to improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Solar Energy Associate and Management team to set goals, improve sales tactics, and increase client retainment
• Understand the client's needs and offer an effective solution by matching specific product features and benefits
• Set appointments with clients to review their energy savings report
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and create a welcoming and educational experience
• Continually building product knowledge and refining sales techniques

Our Most Successful Solar Energy Associates are:

• Experience in the green energy, solar, or consulting industry is a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Well organized with the ability to tightly manage a multitude of responsibilities 
• Engaging and friendly personality
• Competitive and determined to the extent of achieving performance goals and the desire to continuously improve
• Natural ability to build rapport easily and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships
