Provide Human Resource leadership and HRIS project leadership for talent development, associate relations, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration.
H.R. Generalist / Human Resource Generalist
Salary: $70,000 starting with bonus incentive
Hours: Morning Shift
Job Description:
Provides operational and administrative support to all departments to meet on-time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Ability to build relationships and work in all levels of the organization across various business units and states.
  • Supporting multiple facilities across the United States and Canada - Travel required up to 25%
  • Take initiative in onboarding and retention strategies.
  • Partner with organizations to understand workforce needs and development to grow the company.
Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years minimum experience in human resource generalist capacity
  • 1+ year of focused enterprise talent management improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to build relationships with key management throughout organization.
  • 4-year degree in Human Resources in Business or relative preferred
  • Manufacturing or industrial distribution background preferred.
