Job Summary:

The Laser Institute of Pinehurst (managed by QualDerm Partners) is seeking a Front Office Receptionist that will be responsible for accurate and timely patient registration and check-out, utilizing medical systems, taking patient photos, filing, laundry duties, cleaning procedure rooms, responding to patient requests, and general office duties. The associate will provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and all other medical professionals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
• 1 year customer service in a medical aesthetics practice
• Positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Passion for healthy skin
• Flexibility to work hours 10-6 Tuesday - Friday and 10-5 on Saturday (as needed)
