Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

+ Works with our admitting patients by completing vitals, pre-admission tests, intake documentation

+ Completes vitals, performs various tests (glucose, UDS, HcG, etc.)

+ Performs patient rounds

+ Assists with patient/luggage/room searches

+ Transports patients as requested

+ Performs administrative duties associated with the nursing/medical department (lab reports, ordering supplies, patient census, etc.)

Requirements:

+ Current NC CNA certification

+ Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

+ Crisis Prevention and CPR Certification (offered on site)

+ Ability to work with male and female adult (18+) patients with chemical dependency and mental health disorders

+ Teamwork and excellent customer service

Preferred:

+ Experience working with substance use and mental health disorders

+ Knowledge of 12-step programs
