Handling high call volumes

* Inform the patients of their financial responsibilities and set up financial arrangements, Copays/deductibles
* Inform patients of what to expect when they come in and answer any questions they may have about their upcoming visit.
* Communicate with other departments to make sure orders, insurance is verified, and schedule is current.
* Be able to read reports and determine what is needed.
* Be able to give directions and instructions to patients.
* Good communicator both written and verbal.
* Positive Attitude and approachable to patients, visitors and coworkers. TEAM player

Qualifications

* 2yrs of Pre- Registration Healthcare experience
* Insurance knowledge-
* 2yrs collection experience
* Healthcare terminology
* Proven good phone etiquette
* Multi tasker
