We are looking to you to create positive relationships with our pharmacies by assisting them in filling our customers' medications. This is your opportunity to join a health-tech enterprise. Responsibilities:

* Field calls from patients, providers and pharmacies across the country
* Receive, enter, process and fill prescriptions as per Blink protocols.
* Obtain a fundamental understanding of the Blink Health product for quick pharmacy assistance
* Resolve open orders through communication with pharmacists and the Blink Health Customer Experience team
* Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
* Work collaboratively with the management team and pharmacists
* Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, perform tasks such as external pharmacy transfers, internal pharmacy transfers, and internal verbal orders from providers.
* Other responsibilities as assigned by Pharmacist in Charge

Requirements:

* Must at least be in Professional Year 2 in an accredited Pharmacy School
* PA Intern License
* Strong phone presence in a support/service capacity
* Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software

On-site in Pittsburgh, PA
