POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for performing CT exams for diagnostic purposes. Receives direction from: Radiology Manager.
EDUCATION:
Graduate from a Radiologic Technologist Program.
EXPERIENCE:
1 year of CT experience, preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
* CPR training
* Current State License
* CT Certification with ARRT
* ARRT registered
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
* Working knowledge of CT procedures and protocols
* Working knowledge of CT equipment, including common hazards
* Current skills in injecting contrast material
* keyboarding and computer skills
* Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when conducting CT procedures
* Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position
