Ideal Candidate

* Board Certified MD/DO who has successfully completed an Infectious Disease Fellowship - 2024 and 2025 Fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply
* Interest in complex clinical medicine and follow-up of patients including hospital follow-ups, chronic infections (including HIV) and new referrals
* Interest in co-managing transplant and oncology patients
* Interest in providing telemedicine to outlying service areas

Practice Highlights

* Current team shares strong camaraderie and support
* Interesting work: tourism brings surprising infections including tropical infections and endemic fungi
* Well-established infection prevention program with opportunity for leadership
* Well-established OPAT program including recently added substance use disorder patients co-managed with the MAT team
* Provides support to PeaceHealth's critical access hospitals in Sedro-Woolley, WA, Friday Harbor, WA and Ketchikan, AK via Telehealth
* Inpatient work at St. Joseph Medical Center, a 253-bed Level II Trauma Center with plans for expansion
* 75% of the work is in St. Joseph Medical Center serving in a consult capacity
* Hours of outpatient clinic are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
* EPIC EHR
