Lead the Way as a Survey Party Chief

Are you ready to take charge and shape the future of land surveying? Fleming Engineering, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Survey Party Chief to lead field operations in Colfax, NC

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and supervise your field surveying team with expertise and precision
  • Conduct a variety of surveys: boundary, topographic, control, mortgage, as-built, and construction staking
  • Be the face of FEI on-site, interacting professionally with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage equipment, vehicles, and supplies with care and efficiency
  • Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and delivery to the office daily

What You Need:
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in land development surveying
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficiency with Topcon, Leica, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Physical stamina for outdoor fieldwork in diverse conditions
