Cooley Dickinson Medical Group Plastic Surgery (formerly Northampton Plastic Surgery) is committed to restoring and enhancing form and function in the least invasive way possible. Role Overview

We are seeking a part-time, 32-hour Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the practice onsite. The schedule for this role is 4 weekdays 8:30am-5:00pm. The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in this high-volume outpatient setting

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Familiarity with insurance payers preferred.
* Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care setting.
* Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
