Responsibilities:
  • Handle hotel reservations, addressing inquiries, booking accommodations, and confirming room availability.
  • Interact with guests via phone, email, or in-person to manage reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless process and addressing any special requests or concerns.
  • Process reservations, gather payment details, and issue invoices or receipts as required.
