Title: Director, RBE Clinical Documentation (Population Health)

Location: Downtown Chicago (30 W. Monroe St.)

Role Description:

The Director, RBE Clinical Documentation is the primary role responsible for overseeing the quality & performance of Oak Street Health's RBE Clinical Documentation initiatives. In this role the Director will collaborate with other elements of the Oak Street Health Population Health team, Signify, and Aetna to build and maintain a clinical documentation process that can drive best-in-class accuracy & specificity during RBE member Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) & In-home Health Evaluations (IHEs). The role will partner with multiple stakeholders within the CVS Health organization to develop/refine workflows to ensure quality and efficiency in operations and ensure operations support program success.

Core Responsibilities:

* Drive year-over-year improvement in the accuracy & specificity of clinical documentation during RBE member Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) & In-home Health Evaluations (IHEs)


* Deep ownership of and expanded focus on RBE patient experience. Gather appropriate stakeholder and member information to inform development of best-in-class customer service experience by and across operations


* Continuously improving performance through proactive identification and improvement of operational opportunities


* Engage cross-functionally within Oak Street Health and with other CVS Health entities (Signify, Aetna, Retail Health, etc.) to ensure smooth Clinical Documentation operations


* Problem solving with aforementioned stakeholders to create sustainable Clinical Documentation solutions


* Manage multiple Clinical Documentation project plans to ensure efforts stay on track for deadlines and prepare updates and read-out on project progress


* Manage technology, dashboards and metrics related to RBE Clinical Documentation operations and partner with Population Health leadership to seek opportunities for improvement


* Other duties, as assigned
