Job Description:
Conducts 15 minute checks of patients on the unitHelps with the admissions and the discharge of patients on the unitWalks the patients to their mealsAssists in the general supervision of patients on the unitAids in the supervision of patient mealtimes and visitationWorking within a multi-disciplinary team of Registered Nurses, Behavioral Health Specialists, LPN's, and Student Nurse TechniciansApplicant will be responsible for patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse
Qualifications:
Applicant is required to be listed on the state of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry (WI TMU)
