Lacon Nursing and Rehab is seeking a PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility. You'll be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility.

We would like to speak with a PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR who is solution-oriented and willing to provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises. Must be well organized and motivated. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or LTC is required. Don’t forget...
- An active state PT/OT license is required.
- SNF experience is required.
- Experience as an ADOR or DOR.
