Livingston, United States Atlantic Health System Full time

Atlantic Health System is seeking a CDL Driver for Atlantic Ambulance in Livingston to cover per diem shifts.

* Ensures day to day transportation services for Atlantic Health are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Specific Responsibilities:

* Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule and available for overtime, special events and Holidays as needed by the department
* Demonstrates good customer service skills, and respect to all riders, including handling grievances professionally.
* Must be in full Uniform including a visible ID badge, key peg and maintain a professional appearance
* Vehicles are to be cleaned inside and out daily, fueled after each shift, and all required equipment is in vehicle
* Oil and all fluid levels must be checked before the shift and Rig Check Sheets are to be completed and turned in daily
* Swipes in and out on time
* Is on time for routine scheduled stops
* Completes tasks and assignments in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
* Work closely with other Drivers and communicates as needed to ensure a timely, efficient service
* Adheres to all Atlantic Health and Atlantic Ambulance Policy and Procedures
* Completes all required training and maintains all required certifications and licenses
* It is the responsibility of the employee to keep all DOT Physical appointments and NJ Driver's License requirements up to date.
* Contributes to a team environment
* Must attend all Transportation staff meetings
* Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule and available for overtime, special events and Holidays as needed by the department
