As a Lead Gourmet Coffee Barista at Piko Coffee & Wine Bar, responsible for crafting and serving gourmet coffee and espresso beverages while providing excellent customer service. They must possess in-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and be able to create artful designs in coffee foam. They will play a pivotal role in enhancing our guests' overall experience by providing exceptional coffee and cocktail service. The ideal candidate is not only an expert in coffee but also possesses a deep appreciation for wine, cocktails, and the has the ability to create pairings that enhance our guests' dining experience. This position will lead and inspire the Barista team, take ownership of the training, development, & coaching to help them excel.
