The team

Deloitte's Operations Transformation services are your entry point on the Operation Transformation journey, setting the goals, pace, and direction to fit your business objectives. Services include readiness, strategy, business case development, architecture and planning, governance and policy, and operating model transformation.

Scope of work

As a practitioner, in our Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

* Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process
* Experience of architecture, design, and implementation of complex, highly available and highly scalable solutions
* Experience in a broad set of technologies related to IT infrastructure and cloud to drive the adoption of Cloud in enabling the transition from traditional platforms to cloud-ready architectures.
* Solve day-to-day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions

Job Description

To provide support and oversight to the team/s delivering projects with a focus on quality and risk assessment on the projects across different functions. He/she will be required to

* Interpret contract requirements and obligations and provide guidance to engagement teams.
* Liaise with delivery teams and Risk, Independence & Legal team to identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and help to mitigate risks as they arise.
* Advise on potential quality and risk management issues and ensure compliance with contract terms, internal risk management policies and procedures and provide guidance and monitoring of risk mitigation activities
* Conduct periodic risk reviews of specific projects and help to identify trends across projects and propose mitigation measures
* Build professional relationships within service lines to understand business needs in areas of responsibility;
* Generate and implement innovative ideas and solutions within area of responsibility in collaboration with team members to enhance quality control and risk management;
* Mentor and guide team members and share expertise and knowledge on an ongoing basis;
* Identify areas of development for the team and provide suggestions on how to address them;
* Delegate appropriately and encourage the team to share their expertise and knowledge;
* Monitor cost of quality, profitability and unbillable costs and identify risks.

Level: Associate Director

Years of experience: 12-15 yrs

Educational and experience requirements:

* B.E./B.Tech. /MCA and MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University
* At least 6 years of related experience in areas of diverse IT project management, contract risk management, preferably in consulting industry
* Good communication and relationship management skills
* Ability to understand broader business issues

Desirable:

* Knowledge of New and merging technologies such as AI, DEVops, Cloud services, Big data etc.
* Any certification in risk management is preferred
