Position Details:
  • Specialty: Primary Care
  • Compensation Rate: Not specified
  • PT/FT: Full-Time (FT)
  • Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday, with flexible daytime schedule.
    • Day call on days covering, every weekend day call (7:00 am to 7:00 pm), telephone only.
    • Providing primary care rounding in two Skilled Nursing facilities.
    • Medical Directorship at both facilities.
Requirements:
  • Board Certification: Yes
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year primary care experience required. Post-acute care experience is a plus.
  • Accepts New Grads: No
  • Accepts Visa Candidates: No
Additional Information:
  • Patient Load: 15-20 patients per day.
  • On-Call Duties: Telephone call only, every weekend day.
  • Skilled Nursing Facility Rounding: Provide primary care rounding in two Skilled Nursing facilities.
  • Medical Directorship: Serve as Medical Director at both Skilled Nursing facilities.
