As part of CertainTeed IT's Digital Manufacturing Program, this position will help support projects relating to Digital Operations within the 100+ manufacturing sites throughout North America. This position will be REMOTE based, reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager, Digital Manufacturing.--

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our Digital Manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering strong relationships with our internal users at the sites and central level, ensuring smooth onboarding, implementation, and training for our applications. You will serve as a liaison between employees, project managers, and our IT teams, facilitating clear communication, addressing concerns, and improving user satisfaction. This position is crucial in helping our internal teams achieve their objectives, while also providing valuable usage, activity, and success metrics to drive the effectiveness of our applications.

+ **Client Engagement & Optimization:** Actively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our applications. Provide guidance on best practices, usage optimization, and feature utilization while gathering feedback through surveys and data analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

+ **Support & Collaboration:** Monitor application performance and user satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns as the primary point of contact. Work closely with internal teams-including support, development, and product management-to resolve challenges and enhance application functionality based on client needs.

+ **Site Rollout & Coordination:** Collaborate with business leaders to develop and manage site rollout roadmaps, ensuring all stage gate requirements are met. Work closely with site management to coordinate training schedules and ensure accurate Site Maps are developed for each rollout.

+ **Training Development & Delivery:** Create and deliver comprehensive training programs, workshops, and materials (including videos, OPLs, and SOPs) to educate users on application features, updates, and enhancements, empowering sites to effectively leverage our applications to achieve business goals.

+ **Travel Requirement:** This position involves approximately 25-40% travel, which may include visits to various sites or locations as part of your responsibilities.

+ **Education & Experience:** High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in IT, business relationship building, or customer success roles.

+ **Technical & Security Expertise:** Strong understanding of IT security principles and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

+ **Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:** Creative approach to solving technical issues with excellent judgment and strong analytical abilities.

+ **Project Management & Organizational Skills:** Proven project management experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites and applications simultaneously.

+ **Communication & Relationship Building:** Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

+ **Additional Skills & Experience:** Experience in WCM, Lean/Six Sigma, and manufacturing is a plus. Adobe Illustrator experience and a willingness to travel are also beneficial.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $77,400.00 to $120,100.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $85,100.00 to $132,100.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
