Clinician - PNMI Belfast

Job Code:12239 Location:Belfast 04915 Department:Adult PNMI FT/PT Status:Full Time Summary: Sweetser is opening a brand new PNMI (Private Non-Medical Institute) in Belfast and searching for a Clinician to work there

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Within the frame work of recovery and resiliency provides client centered therapy to individuals in the PNMI program.

Starting salary $60,000

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Completes timely biopsychosocial assessments of individuals admitted to the PNMI
* Collaboratively develops treatment plans and monitors progress of goals.
* Responsible for coordination of care with internal/external providers and naturals supports.
* Provides clinical supervision and training to PNMI direct care staff.
* Creates and implements comprehensive discharge/aftercare plan for each individual.
* Ensures proper releases and service agreements are acquired.
* Ensure documentation is timely and reflects medical necessity.
* Attends treatment team and service planning meetings when requested.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

* Master's Degree in social work, psychology, clinical counseling, or other comparable mental health program.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, conditional licensure accepted.

EXPERIENCE:

* Experience working with dual diagnoses (MH/SA) or substance abuse preferred.
