ABOUT THE FACILITY
All Travelers will be expected/required to float to units within their scope of practice and skill set. Should a traveler refuse to float, Lima reserves the right to send traveler home without pay for the entire work week.

The hospital is a not-for-profit health care organization with more than 1,500 employees, and 25 facilities in their 10-county service area in the region. Offers an extended network of primary care, pediatric and specialist physicians in their group.
