Job Description

Ready to make a difference? As a Personal Care Worker (M), you will assist residents with daily activities, foster meaningful relationships, organize social activities, support meal service, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Compensation: $19.50 to $24.50 / hour (depending on experience), plus night shift diff

Schedule: 12 hours shifts, part time and full time available, full time schedules require every other weekend

How you will make an impact

* Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living
* Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships
* Plan and facilitate social activities for the neighborhood residents
* Assist with menu/snack selection and partners with the Service Associate in serving to ensure adequate nutritional intake of all residents and provide in-room dining experiences where requested
* Assure the resident's room and neighborhood are kept tidy to minimize environmental hazards which may impact environmental safety

What you will need

* Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Care Worker preferred
* Current CPR certification is preferred (CPR certification required within 90 days of hire)
* Complete a Safe Food Handling and Preparation Class (within 30 days of hire)
