**Job Overview:**

The Asset Management Jr. Associate is responsible for managing, organizing and tracking the company's assets to ensure they are maintained, accounted for and secure. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in asset management and administration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Assist with maintaining accurate records of all assets including location, value, and condition.- Conduct regular audits under supervision to verify the accuracy of asset records and update as necessary.- Support with the execution of asset management procedures such as transferring, disposing, and updating assets.- Work with relevant departments to ensure assets are being utilized effectively and any potential issues are resolved.- Provide administrative support to internal and external stakeholders regarding asset-related matters.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding assets.

**Qualifications:**

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.- Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Familiarity with asset management software and systems is a plus.- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
