Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile
  • Take orders from customers and input them accurately into the system
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • Provide recommendations on food and drink options based on guest preferences
  • Ensure all guests' needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Clear and clean tables, returning dishes and utensils to the kitchen as needed
  • Assist with restocking and replenishing supplies as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server or in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail offerings
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays of food and beverages
