Responsibilities of Pediatric Clinic Coordinator at Riverside Therapy Clinic:
 
  • Verify insurance prior to treatments being performed
  • Organize and maintain the clinic filing system and correspondence
  • Collect and record intake information and educate on clinic needs 
  • Coordinate and maintain clinic therapy schedule
  • Submit for initial authorization of services and maintain ongoing needs 
  • Collect data vital to clinic performance 
  • Work with a team of dedicated therapists who do one thing: put kids first 
Qualifications for Pediatric Clinic Coordinator at Riverside Therapy Clinic:
  • Problem-solving, in both a professional and timely fashion
  • History of excellent project management
  • Confidence and competence with computers, scheduling programs, and complete understanding of all Google Docs, Sheets, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and patient demeanor
  • Ethical in all aspects
