AVAILABLE SHIFT AND HOURS:
+ This position is a full time position working between 36-40 hours per week with shift differentials applying. All staff rotate weekends. We currently have various shifts open on our Adult Men and Detox Patients.
TRAINING AND ORIENTATION
+ Keystone is committed to training and safety. All new-hires will attend a week long training with the HR department before
+ spending 2 weeks unit orientation with a mentor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ASSOCIATE.
+ Provide and coordinate the completion of various assessments.
+ Provide assistance and a listening ear when a patient is in need.
+ Ensure patients are accounted for by doing hourly patient checks.
+ Assist in conducting patient groups.
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:
+ Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ Must have a valid driver license.
+ Previous experience in chemical dependency preferred.
