We are now hiring full-time Class A CDL Team drivers in Olive Branch and Memphis

Do you have a Class A CDL and an impeccable safety record? We are immediately hiring Class A CDL - FedEx Ground Team Drivers We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle dedicated OTR FedEx Ground runs from the Olive Branch, MS and Memphis, TN stations safely and efficiently

We have been in business with FedEx since 1999. we are looking for drivers who want to grow with us. We are looking for future leaders with positive mindsets and safety always on their minds.

**Due to popular demand, there is currently a waiting list of 4-6 weeks for this position.**

Compensation & Benefits

  • Minimum Pay Guarantee Drivers will receive no less than $1500, whether dispatched or not.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Additional Insurance options available -Life/Short Term Disability/Accidental
  • 1 week of Paid Time off after the first year 2 weeks after year 2

Route & Equipment Details

  • Full-Time On Call Schedule- Drivers will be out 1 week at a time and home for 34-48 hours between dispatches.
  • Dedicated runs available
  • Team Driving
  • Home Weekly
  • No touch freight - drop and hook only
  • Automatic Trucks

Qualifications

  • 1 year of verifiable Tractor-Trailer driving experience in the last 3 years.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record- No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years.
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must hold a valid Medical Card.
  • Must be willing to run both Solo and Team (OTR) positions.
  • Active CDL-A with double endorsement required.
  • No At-Fault Fatality Accidents ever.
  • Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, login to Clearinghouse, and take a Drug Test.
