Are you a CDL A driver who values productivity and prefers to spend more time driving than waiting? At American Trucking Group, we understand the importance of maximizing your time on the road. That's why we're offering a unique opportunity for experienced CDL A truck drivers to embrace the freedom of the open road with our drop-and-hook focused freight operations.

Position Description:

Midwest Route: Our operations are concentrated in the Midwest, providing a comfortable and familiar territory for drivers who prefer to stay within a specific region.

No-Touch Loads: We specialize in hauling automotive freight, which means no-touch loads and a consistent flow of drop-and-hook opportunities. You'll enjoy the ease and efficiency of this streamlined operation.

Pay: With an average length of haul of 500 miles, you can expect to cruise 2,500-3,000 miles each week. And with pay ranging from $1,300 to $1,500 per week, plus a monthly safety bonus of $750, you'll be building a solid financial foundation.

Home Time: We value your personal time and understand the need for a healthy work-life balance. Our drivers typically spend 7-10 days on the road, followed by a 34-48 hour reset at home.

Equipment: Our fleet features mostly Peterbilt 579s, along with other well-maintained rigs, all equipped with inverters and fridges for your comfort on the road.

Qualifications:

To qualify, you'll need a valid CDL A, a current DOT medical card, and at least 3 months of experience in the last 12 months or 1 year in the last 3 years This opportunity requires a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A), a current Department of Transportation (DOT) medical card, and a minimum of three months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past year.
