Your Responsibilities

As an Operations Onboarding Associate, you will play an integral role in defining and documenting processes for a growing business. You will manage the item level setup for retail products. You will coordinate with a cross-functional team of Engineers and Operators based in Silicon Valley to ensure efforts toward an on-time operational deployment of an automated facility. You will bring previous retail experience and be comfortable with general in-store operations. Your duties will include ensuring relevant product data is captured and documented, testing products in their storage environment, inventory management & control, problem solving and collaboration .

What We're Looking For

* Highly Detail Oriented, Self Starting
* Ability to filter and manipulate large data sets
* Basic Math Skills (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction)
* Previous Retail Experience
* Punctual and available for on-site work in Plymouth Meeting, PA for some combination of mornings (before 9 am), night, weekends and holidays.
* Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
* Ability to work well on a team
* Comfortable working with computers and automation
* Comfortable with warehouse type work (using a pallet jack, able to be forklift certified)
* Able to lift 50 lbs
* Capable of working periodically in frozen and refrigerated environments
* Ability for limited travel

Bonus Skills

* Previous Retail Management experience (Grocery Supervisor or Assistant Manager is preferred)
* Previous data entry experience
* Experience working with food (especially grocery)
* Past experience working with machinery and tools (especially any sort of automation, robotics or drones)
* Experience with Fulfillment Center Operations; understanding of receiving and stocking procedures
* Experience with Quality Assurance Testing
* Not afraid of robots
