Automotive Center Manager Benefits:

* Hourly + Commission based starting at $18/hr. + Comm (Parts & Labor)

Automotive Center Manager Requirements:

* At least two years in sales and estimate writing
* Associates degree or higher
* At least one year working with customers and automotive technicians
* At least one year in automotive service center management
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
* Very competent in navigating computers and estimating software
* Willingness to undergo a background check/drug screening
* Position is full-time, five days per week
* Excellent appearance, and verbal & written communication skills

Automotive Center Manager Responsibilities:

* Answering phones, greeting customers, and consistently following up
* Evaluating customer concerns, preparing the proper work order, and communicating that between customers and our techs
* Selecting proper parts, preparing written estimates, presenting estimates to customers, and ordering what's needed
* Participating in training when required
* Opening/Closing the store location when needed

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
