Rattachement hiérarchique : Juristes en droit social

Dans ce cadre, tes missions seront les suivantes :

* Suivi des procédures disciplinaires : rédaction des convocations, préparation et participation aux entretiens préalables, rédaction des sanctions, etc. ;
* Suivi des procédures judiciaires : préparation des audiences, correspondances avec les avocats, relecture et rédaction de conclusions, rédaction de notes, etc. ;
* Suivi des procédures d'inaptitudes : préparation des recherches de reclassement et des propositions de postes, rédaction des convocations, préparation et participation aux entretiens préalables, rédaction des courriers, etc. ;
* Suivi des dossiers individuels : rédaction de courriers adressés aux salariés, à la médecine du travail, à la CPAM (contestation AT/MP), à la DREETS, etc.
* Préparation des ruptures conventionnelles : rédaction de la convocation, préparation des documents officiels, etc.
* Suivi des réunions IRP (CSE et commissions) : préparation des convocations, ordre du jour et réponses juridiques, etc.
* Veille juridique : mise à jour de l'actualité sociale pour le département, préparation de recommandations à destination de la direction, etc.

Profil recherché :

De formation Bac 5 (Master Droit du travail ou Droit Social, élève avocat à la recherche de son PPI), tu justifies d'une première expérience similaire.

Tu es rigoureux.se et méthodique, tu possèdes un bon sens de l'organisation et une bonne gestion des priorités. Tu es doté.e d'un bon relationnel et aimes travailler en équipe même si tu es capable de faire preuve d'autonomie et de réactivité.
