Overview
Odessa Regional Medical Center is loooking for a per diem Board Certified Pediatric Hospitalist
Responsibilities
* 200 Deliveries a year in a 16 Bed Nursery
* Supports a Level III NICU
* Neonatologists deliver high risk deliveries
* Primary role is NEWBORN Care and consults (0-2 Newborns in Nursery with a busy ER coverage)
* Responds to PEDS Calls on the floor
* Circumcsions required - 50% Circumcisions of patients expected
* 24 hour rounding and call from home/hotel
* Must be able to work autonomously
Qualifications
* TX license required
* Board Certification and recent Pediatric Hospitalist experience required
