Physician- Pulmonologist

The Pulmonologist#provides professional medical care and will assess, coordinate and monitor patients ongoing pulmonary needs.# Physician will work in an outpatient setting with access to full spectrum of critical care, testing and therapies to provide comprehensive medical care.# Job Requirements:##Must have a current, valid, unrestricted Physician license in the state of New York throughout employment at Crouse Hospital.#Must attain and maintain active staff #clinical privileges appropriate to duties and responsibilities.#Must hold and maintain current, valid and unrestricted federal and state registrations to prescribe and dispense controlled substances.#Current Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.# If not currently Board certified, candidate must be Board eligible.#Graduate of an accredited residency program.
