What Our R.N. Supervisors Do:

* Perform administrative duties, completing medical forms, charting, etc.
* Review all staffing and ensure resident has assigned nurse/c.n.a
* Review shift PPD and make adjustments as needed
* Replace any call offs that are received during the shift
* Communicate events of the day with DON/ADON
* Assist in developing corrective action when appropriate

Qualifications:

* Must have active R.N license
* Must have current CPR license
* Previous long term care experience desirable
