Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Litigation paralegal with prior trial experience and a minimum of three (3) years of paralegal experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Prepare and summarize case related materials including document productions and case chronologies;
* Assist with the preparation of court filings, including proofreading and assembling of exhibits and appendices;
* Indexing, tracking, and controlling exhibits and other materials at depositions and at trial;
* Assist with reviewing documents for relevance and privilege according to established guidelines and criteria;
* Summarizing depositions and other transcripts;
* Working closely and directly with attorneys and clients during all phases of litigation;
* Prepare deposition, mediation and trial exhibits (electronically and paper form) for use by the case team;
* Conduct internet research; and
* Provide excellent client service to all team members.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
* Other related duties, as assigned.
* Annual billable hour requirement - 1,400
QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES):
Education:
* BA or BS degree strongly preferred.
* Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate with a minimum of 3 years of professional services firm or in-house legal Department experience required.
Experience:
* Three years of professional work experience (law firm, preferred). Previous work experience in a law firm or other client service environment is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
* Excellent PC skills, including but not limited to proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Experience with Adobe PRO/Nuance PDF.
* Strong time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a team environment.
* Ability to multitask using analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
