Position Summary:

The CT Technologist performs various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. The CT Technologist works under general supervision in performing a variety of diagnostic exams and procedures in both X-Ray and CT modalities, according to departmental protocol, as requested by the physician order.

* Minimum Education*
□ Graduate from an Accredited Program in one or more medical imaging modalities as described below.

*Minimum Work Experience*
Preferred - 1 years of experience as a registered technologist in Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist

*Required Skills*
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications:
**Basic Life Support (BLS)
**Certified/licensed in good standing with appropriate professional registry

- CT: Must be RT (R) (CT) (Or become ARRT CT Registered within 12 mos. of hire)
