Sodexo has an opening for a Senior Manager, Telephony

This is a remote role with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern Time Zone

The Senior Manager, Telephony directs a team responsible for the architecture, implementation and support of the Sodexo North American (NORAM) Telephony system. Works closely and in partnership with the Global IS&T Leadership Team to align standards, processes, technologies, leverage Global contracts and support shared objectives through formal and informal synergies. Responsible for budget, forecast and spend management across multiple cost centers. Manage external partner relationships, contract terms and SLA attainment for all services. Collaborates and aligns with internal IT and business stakeholders to deliver telephony services for both corporate regional offices and field units.

The successful candidate will:

* Set strategic direction and continually evolve the NORAM telephony systems to meet user needs while aligning with overall Sodexo global architecture
* Establish project priorities, manage quality, timely execution in conjunction with IT, business segments, mergers and acquisitions and Group initiatives
* Establish relationships with strategic partners delivering IT services to ensure strong partnerships, delivery of quality services and KPI management
* Effectively manage telecom financials (budgets, forecast, invoice payment. Execute an end user chargeback process for telecom services)
* Perform leadership responsibilities including staff performance reviews, development, and succession plans

* Proven Leadership/Management skills, strategic planning capability
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure compliance methods and management controls
* Proven track record of building highly capable teams, upskilling and ensuring collaboration and results
* Experience in infrastructure project budgeting, forecasting and business case development
* Experience in process development and process improvement methods
* Experience effectively communicating with Senior Management across business segments and IT about telephony planning and effectiveness
* Ability to set and manage strategic partnerships with vendors and outside suppliers

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years of experience in information technology
